This is a place for showing up for yourself and holding the space for others as well, so we can all grow the seeds that we planted individually and as a collective. It’s based on ancient shamanic teachings and modern mind techniques bringing out our visions to the conscious world. The Heart Map experience is a highly effective way of getting information in and out of the mind. It is a creative, intuitive and logical means of note-taking and note-making that literally "maps out" your ideas.

* Think about how things -- babies, visions, ideas, projects, plans -- do not simply pop into existence. There is a gestation period when the seed is hidden in a safe place, where it has time to receive the vital nutrients it needs to grow. This gestation period also gives the parent or inventor time to prepare themselves for the birth. If there is a seed or idea growing within you, what nutrients will nourish its growth? What do you need to do for yourself in preparation for giving birth to whatever is gestating within you?

** A beautiful and inspiring work booklet will be provided to each one of the participants. Please bring your own color pencils, paper and inspiring artistic tools to work on your map.

Also, please bring your inner child, an empty mind and your open heart; a cushion and a blanket, bottle of water and a lunch (for Saturday) and snacks to share.
