We are based in Nelson, BC, Canada and we are dedicated to providing you with a unique and transformative experience through our online courses, workshops, events, live events and retreats. Our goal is to empower individuals on their journey of self-discovery and collective-development. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they govern your use of our Services.

1. Introduction:
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the VisionaryTRiBE website and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate VisionaryTRiBE, a VisionaryTRiBE employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by VisionaryTRiBE, may harm VisionaryTRiBE or users of the Services or expose them to liability.

3. User Content:
The Services may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, and audio (collectively, "User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through the Services.
4. User Code of Conduct:
You agree not to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or offensive while using the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment, bullying, or discrimination against any individual or group.

Posting or sharing any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or invasive of another's privacy.

Respect: We expect all members of VisionaryTRiBE to treat one another with respect, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristics. We will not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying.

Confidentiality: We expect all members to keep confidential any information shared by other members during our online courses, workshops, events, live events and retreats. This includes personal information, business information, or any other information that is shared in confidence.

Professionalism: We expect all members to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. This includes not engaging in any behavior that could be considered unethical or unprofessional.

Safety: We expect all members to take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others during our events and retreats. We will not tolerate any behavior that poses a risk to the safety or well-being of others.

Legal Compliance: We expect all members to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. This includes not engaging in any illegal or unethical activities.

Conflict Resolution: We expect all members to resolve any conflicts that may arise in a respectful and professional manner. If a member is unable to resolve a conflict on their own, they should seek assistance from a member of the VisionaryTRiBE team.

Responsible Use of Services: We expect all members to use our services responsibly. This includes not engaging in any behavior that could be considered disruptive or disrespectful.

Feedback and Suggestions: We welcome feedback and suggestions from our members. If a member has any feedback or suggestions, they should contact a member of the VisionaryTRiBE team.

Consequences: Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of membership.

5. Account Information:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify VisionaryTRiBE immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
6. Payment and Fees:
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to pay a fee. All fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying any taxes associated with your use of the Services.
7. Intellectual Property:
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by VisionaryTRiBE, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
8. Limitation of Liability:
VisionaryTRiBE will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
9. Disputes:
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. Any such dispute will be resolved in the province of British Columbia.
10. Changes to Terms:
VisionaryTRiBE reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
