In this LIVE event we'll explore about:

• Sacred Space: This workshop will provide perspectives from traditional indigenous wisdom about "ceremony" and show you how to create/open and hold sacred space for yourself and others
• Musica Viva: Learn when to use medicine-songs, the meaning behind their lyrics, and how to incorporate singing into a self-care practice.

⚡ The workshop will end with a sharing circle and participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, express themselves, and connect with one another.
