Since 2018, my partner Danu and I have been holding sacred circles. Our aim is to offer Shamanic Wisdom to all who seek it, helping them remember how to lead empowered lives.

Step 3 - Moving forward, we enter the realm of the "Medicine Music" Playshop. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn several medicine songs, unravel their meanings, comprehend their lyrics, and gain the proficiency to seamlessly integrate the act of "singing" as an empowering facet of your self-care regimen.

Step 4 - Our journey culminates with a profound experience - the Cacao Medicine + Music Circle. Within this space, we extend an invitation for participants to embrace the soothing resonance of exquisite "Medicine Music," allowing the teachings from the preceding sessions to harmoniously integrate.

Set in an intimate virtual setting, you will receive guidance in forming intentions both for yourself and the collective, fostering positivity, self-empowerment, and practical implementation.

What is Cacao?

It is a powerful heart medicine used traditionally for thousands of years by indigenous cultures of Turtle Island, mainly the Maya and Mexica. They offered this medicine in the form of a concoction, to welcome and honour their guests into their homes and their ceremonies; creating a sacred space container where people can feel safe, open their hearts and experience an intimate connection. Nowadays, this medicine is reaching out into the world, opening powerful circles, sharing its beautiful vibrations and medicinal properties, assisting humanity in our awakening process.

When we share cacao medicine we open space of greater vision, turning our attention inwards.

During the ceremony we explore the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual space we are in, the voices that inhabit us, the stories we tell ourselves, the memories we have kept, and also everything we have not digested yet in our life; and together in one heart help one another to heal our lives

What is a cacao ceremony?

It is a beautiful ritual that invites us to feel open, to give ourselves without reserves, to trust and to listen to the present moment.

When we drink cacao;

We're able to listen to ourselves; because when one speaks from the heart, one speaks from her/his truth; and from there it is possible to create a new reality.
It allows us to go deep into our inner world where we realize that the present is the most powerful time-space to live.
It invites us to feel our body and listen to our heart's desires.

Cacao medicine shared in ceremony connects us to the sweetness of our childhood, allowing us to discover and to connect with our own truth.

On this sacred space co-creation, we will enter into the creative intuitive right side of our brain and co-create a ceremony to integrate our visions into our conscious awareness and into each one of the cells of our bodies. Within the magical circle, the sacred hoop, the container of life, our mother existence and a grid of sacred vibration of numbers (masculine and feminine energies), we will unite and pray upon the seeds that we have planted so they can grow and create this new world that we are dreaming about... To this circle, we come with the intention of praying for the 'seeds' of everyone in it.

In the circle, we learn and remember more about co-operation and community living, about giving and receiving... Here we have the opportunity to colour together our future.

The intention of this space is to bring together our group in ONE HEART, in conscious prayer and celebration for the new seeds we all carry into this world.

This circle is about interdependence and support. To this space, we come in a humble manner to be present fully for the heartfelt dreams of the whole. Here we learn about AYNI.

Sponsoring a Cacao Circle is a powerful way to co-create a sacred and transformative space in your own community. It starts with a clear intention and a desire to contribute to the expansion of human consciousness and the renaissance of the heart.

You'll need to Contact us to book a date and find a suitable space to host your circle.

You'll be responsible for covering Soniko's travel, food, and accommodation expenses, as well as a reasonable fee for his time and teachings.

Soniko will then provide the guidance on how to prepare and hold a powerful and transformative cacao ceremony for your community, including instructions on how to prepare the cacao beverage, setting up the altar, creating a safe and sacred space, and leading the group through shamanic practices such as prayer & meditation, sound healing, and movement.

By sponsoring a Cacao Circle, you become a co-creator of a powerful healing and transformative experience for your community while deepening your own connection to the Spirit of Cacao and the wisdom of the shamanic path.

Where does your cacao come from and how is it made?

We use only organic fair-trade cacao from Ecuador, Peru, Mexico and Guatemala.

How to be prepared?

Like every ceremony; it is very important to learn beforehand the protocols established by the space holders of the circle that we're about to enter so we can participate and contribute in the best way possible to the prayers and intentions set for the ceremony. This is one big reason to do this training.

In addition to these general guidelines, there are a few specific things to keep in mind when preparing for a cacao circle. Here are some tips:

Fast before the ceremony: It is recommended to fast from food for at least 2-4 hours before the ceremony. This allows the cacao to have a more potent effect on your system, and also prevents any discomfort that may occur from mixing cacao with a full stomach.
Set an intention: Before entering the circle, take a few moments to set an intention for the ceremony. This can be anything from personal healing and transformation, but it should be something that resonates with your heart and soul.
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony to stay hydrated and support the cleansing and detoxifying effects of the cacao.
Dress comfortably: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely. Our cacao ceremonies involve some form of movement, such as dancing, so it's important to wear clothes that allow for this.
Bring offerings: If you feel inspired to bring offerings for the altar, such as flowers, crystals, or other sacred objects. Check in with Soniko beforehand.
Be open and receptive: Enter the space with an open heart, a clear mind, be respectful, compassionate, and "always bring your inner child. Allow yourself to be receptive to the healing and transformative energies of the cacao and the circle, and be willing to surrender to the experience.
At last, the most important part for all this experience. Enjoy yourself!

Can children come to this circle?

Absolutely YES!

That is the answer to one of our prayers. That our children have the opportunity to grow, learn and also co-create a meaningful holistic culture as a family.

About Your Guides

Danu joined the prestigious ranks of the Chocolate Ladies in 2011 when she started her budding business called: "Raw Magic Chocolate".

She worked on this business seven years, making and wholesaling raw, organic, dairy-free, honey-sweetened chocolate all across Canada.

The sacred nature of this amazing food inspired her and continues to be a powerful force in her life.

Soniko is a Musician, Artist, Visionary walking on the path of "the wise human".

His conscious walk has led him into a beautiful world of wonder and magic.

He's a Kokopelli , a seed carrier. His purpose in life is to contribute to the expansion of human consciousness by sharing seeds of the galactic indigenous consciousness anywhere he goes;

His vision is to build bridges between the different worlds and connecting the ancient indigenous perspectives with the modern worldviews...
